This ieller more fully describes the reasons for the requested extension. WKP expects to provide loading rates, which will be incorporated in the transfer pricing policy. for services provided to non-regulated businesses. The determination of the loading rates requires an examination of accounting records which has not yet been completed.. In addition. senior personnel, who should reVlew the Cod.e of Conduct and the Transfer Pricing Policy prior to filing, have been unavailable due to summer vacations. for these reasons, WKP has requested the one month extenSIOn.
