On November 18, 1997 the Commission, by Order No.ÊG-114-97, approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (ÒB.C. HydroÓ) its revised Real Time Pricing (ÒRTPÓ) Application applicable to Rate Schedules No. 1848, 1844 and 1288; and B. On June 15, 1998, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a May 1, 1998 RTP Supplementary Agreement with Howe Sound Pulp and Paper Ltd. (ÒHSPÓ) for its Port Mellon pulp and paper mill under Rate Schedule 1848 with an adjusted 100 percent Customer Baseline Load (ÒCBLÓ) that is effective for a one-year period commencing May 1, 1998; and C. The Commission has reviewed the information submitted and finds that approval of the RTP application for HSP is appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the May 1, 1998 Supplementary Agreement with HSP for RTP service under Rate Schedule 1848 with a 100 percent CBL effective for the one-year period commencing May 1, 1998.
