(ÒBC GasÓ) filed for Commission approval a Rate Schedule 3 Large Commercial Service Agreement (Òthe AgreementÓ) dated July 1, 1998, with Pacific Regeneration Technologies Inc. (ÒPRTÓ) for its Harrop Nursery in Nelson, B.C.; and B. Under the Agreement the total customer contribution for the mains extension will be paid by PRT over a three-year period with a minimum annual take or pay volume of 25,524 GJ; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the Agreement with PRT under Rate Schedule 3 as filed by BC Gas. 2. BCÊGas is to file the Agreement in Tariff Supplement format in a form suitable for inclusion in the Gas Tariff Binder.
