On March 5, 1998, the Kootenay-Okanagan Electric Consumers Association ("KOECA") applied for a participant assistance cost award for its participation in the West Kootenay Power Ltd. ("WKP") 1997 Annual Review of its 1998 Revenue Requirements; and B. The Commission has determined that KOECA's participation in the WKP proceeding requires reimbursement in accordance with approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has discussed the claim having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-103-96. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to KOECA in the amount of $673.56 for its participation in the 1997 Annual Review of the WKP 1998 Revenue Requirements proceeding. 2.
