On March 9, 1998, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) filed with the Commission for approval a Revised Version 2 of its TRANS-X Rate Design Application, identified as “TRANS-X Rates”, pursuant to Sections 23 and 61 of the Utilities Commission Act; and B. During the period of filing the Application and July 1998, PLP and Commission staff reviewed, commented and responded to the Utility’s rate design matters and, on July 31, 1998, PLP filed its final amendments to the TRANS-X Rate Design Application; and C. On August 7, 1998, the Commission asked Registered Intervenors and Interested Parties for comments on the TRANS-X Rate Design Application to which the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre responded on August 18, 1998; and D. The Commission has reviewed the evidence and information filed with respect to the TRANS-X Rate Design Application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PLP the modified Revised Version 2 TRANS-X Rate Design Application effective November 1, 1998. . . ./2
2 2. PLP is to file, for Commission approval, its Electric Tariff Terms and Conditions and Rate Schedules, that embody the changes approved by this Order, no later than October 15, 1998. 3. PLP is to provide all customers with information concerning the rate design measures that will be adopted effective November 1, 1998, by way of a bill stuffer.
