On June 14, 1999 the Commission, by Letter No. L-29-99, accepted BC Gas Utility Ltd.’s (“BC Gas”) 1999/2000 Gas Supply Annual Contracting Plan for the acquisition of gas supplies needed for the 1999/2000 gas contract year that was consistent with the Company's Integrated Resource Plan filing; and B. New gas supply contracts for the 1999/2000 gas contract year, which are listed in Appendix 1. 2. Gas supply contract amendments for the 1999/2000 gas contract year, which are listed in Appendix 2. 3. The Commission accepts BC Gas’ request to maintain the contracts and contract amendments as confidential.
