(ÒBC GasÓ) filed for Commission approval as a Fort Nelson Rate ScheduleÊ3.1 Tariff Supplement, an Industrial Service Agreement and an amendment Agreement, both dated NovemberÊ1, 1996 with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (ÒB.C. HydroÓ) for firm gas sales to be effective November 1, 1996; and B. The two Agreements replace two previous agreements that expired on October 31, 1996; and C. On March 10, 1998, BC Gas filed for Commission approval, amended forms of the B.C. Hydro Agreements to be effective November 1, 1996; and D. The Agreements specify delivery and gas cost recovery charges for firm gas sales, commencing November 1, 1996, at approved Fort Nelson Rate ScheduleÊ3.1 rates as well as an agreed upon monthly minimum demand surcharge; and E. The Commission has reviewed the Agreements and finds that approval is appropriate and in the public interest. . . ./2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BCÊGas the Fort Nelson Rate Schedule 3.1 Industrial Service Agreement and the Fort Nelson Rate Schedule 3.1 supplemental amending Industrial Service Agreement with B.C.ÊHydro, both dated November 1, 1996, effective the date of the Agreements. 2. BCÊGas is to file, in appropriate Tariff Supplement format, the two Agreements with B.C. Hydro.
