(ÒWKPÓ) applied for approval of amendments to Rate Schedule 90 Ð Energy Management Service (ÒEMSÓ) effective July 1, 1998; and B. The amendments will allow WKP to provide Demand-Side Management (ÒDSMÓ) and EMS services on programs previously approved by the Commission and to provide for optional energy efficiency services and to recover its costs; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of amendments to EMS are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for WKP amendments to Rate Schedule 90-EMS, effective July 1, 1998. 2. WKP is to provide customers with a summary of the EMS and DSM programs available in its service area.
