On March 24, 1998, the Commission issued Order No. G-30-98, which approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”), the use of a standard rate for special contract customers in Rate Zone II. The standard rate will be calculated using the total fuel oil, lube oil and maintenance costs divided by the total kilowatt hours generated by all B.C. Hydro diesel generating facilities for the year ending March 31 st in Rate Zone II, during the immediate preceding year, which will become effective on the following June 1 st ; and B. On September 9, 1998, B.C. Hydro filed for Commission approval a Special Contract with Health Canada, in accordance with the methodology approved by Order No. G-30-98, which replaces the Special Agreement with the Ulkatcho Band Council approved by Order No. G-48-98; and C. The Commission has reviewed the B.C. Hydro application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing for B.C. Hydro, Special Contract Tariff Supplement No. 40 with Health Canada. 2. The Commission approves the cancellation of Special Contract Tariff Supplement No. 22 with the Ulkatcho Band Council, which has been replaced by Tariff Supplement No. 40.
