(ÒBC GasÓ) filed for Commission approval six Rate ScheduleÊ14 Sales Agreements for Term and Spot Gas Sales, with the following industrial customers, effective for the period AugustÊ1, 1998 to OctoberÊ31, 1998: Century Pacific Greenhouse Ltd. Rogers Sugar Ltd. Louisiana-Pacific Canada Ltd. Highland Valley Copper MOLY-COP Canada Tolko Industries Ltd. (Heffley Creek); and B. The above-noted Sales Agreements are based on the Sumas Daily Index plus a $0.02Êper GJ premium, and contain a provision which will allow each customer to switch to a monthly index or fixed price option. All prices, including the fixed price option, are based on reported market prices; and C. The Commission has reviewed the filing and finds that approval of the six Rate ScheduleÊ14 Sales Agreements is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for BCÊGas the following six Rate ScheduleÊ14 Sales Agreements and Appendix A to each agreement with: Century Pacific Greenhouse Ltd. Rogers Sugar Ltd. Louisiana-Pacific Canada Ltd. Highland Valley Copper MOLY-COP Canada Tolko Industries Ltd. (Heffley Creek) effective for the period AugustÊ1, 1998 to OctoberÊ31, 1998, as filed, and subject to timely filing of each of the fully executed Sales Agreements in standard Tariff Supplement format.
