Ostergaard, Chair ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 18, 1997, the Commission, by Order No. G-114-97, approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) its revised Real Time Pricing (“RTP”) Application applicable to Rate Schedules No. 1848, 1844 and 1288; and B. On February 23, 1999, B.C. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a March 1, 1999 RTP Supplementary Agreement with Fletcher Challenge Canada Limited (“Fletcher Challenge”) for its Elk Falls mill at Campbell River, B.C., under Rate Schedule 1848, with an adjusted 100 percent Customer Baseline Load (“CBL”) for a one-year period from the effective date of Commission approval; and C. The Commission has reviewed the information submitted and finds that approval of the RTP Supplementary Agreement for Fletcher Challenge is appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the March 1, 1999 Supplementary Agreement with Fletcher Challenge for RTP service under Rate Schedule 1848, with an adjusted 100 percent CBL effective for the one-year period commencing March 1, 1999.
