Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) March 11, 1999 K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 1, 1999, Federated Pipe Lines (Western) Ltd. ("Federated") filed with the Commission an application for approval of Tolls on its crude oil pipeline from Taylor to Prince George and from Taylor to Kamloops, effective January 1, 1999; and B. On February 22, 1999, Federated met with representatives of eight Shippers on the pipeline who confirmed there were no objections to the proposed decrease of $0.02/m 3 for the Prince George deliveries and $0.03/m 3 for Kamloops deliveries; and C. The Commission has considered the application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves Tariff No. 27 for the Taylor to Prince George and Taylor to Kamloops Crude Oil Pipeline effective January 1, 1999. The approved toll is subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint. 2. Federated is to deliver a copy of this Order and Tariff No. 27 to all Shippers on the pipeline.
