The Commission, by Order No. P-3-98, approved the methodology for calculating the revenue requirement for Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited (“TME”) for the years 1998 to 2002 inclusive, subject to review in the event of a complaint; and B. On February 19, 1999, TME filed with the Commission for approval final tolls for the Jet Fuel Pipeline effective January 1, 1999, which follows the methodology approved by Order No. P-3-98; and C. TME confirmed that, following a meeting with all Shippers on the Jet Fuel Pipeline, the 1999 tolls were endorsed and should be approved as filed. On March 10, 1999, Bull, Housser & Tupper, Solicitors representing the Airline Fuel Committee, confirmed that they were in agreement with the proposed 1999 tolls; and D. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that approval of the 1999 tolls for the Jet Fuel Pipeline is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for TME the 1999 tolls on the Jet Fuel Pipeline that allows for an increase of 2.57% effective January 1, 1999, subject to review in the event of a complaint. 2. TME is to provide all Shippers on the Jet Fuel Pipeline with a copy of this Order and approved permanent tolls effective January 1, 1999.
