Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) September 16, 1999 B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 27, 1999, Federated Pipe Lines (Western) Ltd. ("Federated") filed with the Commission an application for approval of Tolls on its crude oil pipeline from the Sunset Prairie battery to a tie-in point with its Taylor to Kamloops crude oil pipeline at Milepost 12.7; and B. Federated and Imperial Oil Resources ("Imperial Oil") have agreed to Tariff No. S-03, on the Sunset Prairie Pipeline, which provides for a toll charge of $27,545 per month effective July 1, 1999. Imperial Oil, by letter dated September 8, 1999, informed the Commission of its agreement with the tolls; and C. The Commission has considered the application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves for Federated, Tariff No. S-03 for the Sunset Prairie Pipeline effective July 1, 1999. The approved toll is subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint by shippers on the pipeline. 2. Federated is to deliver a copy of this Order and Tariff No. S-03 to all shippers on the pipeline.
