Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) P.G. Bradley, Commissioner ) December 2, 1999 B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On September 30, 1999 Sun Rivers Services Corp. (“Sun Rivers”) applied to the Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) to construct and operate a natural gas distribution utility on Kamloops Indian Band Land, Lot 152, CLSR Plan 78619, Kamloops I.R. No. 1. The Commission approved the CPCN for Sun Rivers and issued Order No. C-18-99; and B. On November 12, 1999, Sun Rivers filed a draft natural gas tariff for Commission approval, specifying proposed rate schedules and terms and conditions of service; and C. After discussions with Commission staff, Sun Rivers refiled on November 24, 1999 a revised natural gas tariff; and D. The Commission has reviewed the revised natural gas tariff and terms and conditions of service for Sun Rivers and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing for Sun Rivers the November 24, 1999 Natural Gas Tariff containing Definitions, Terms and Conditions, and Rates for Service, effective November 25, 1999.
