(“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission a pricing amendment to the Talisman Energy Inc. (“Talisman”) Baseload Natural Gas Purchase Contract dated April 30, 1991, for the 1999/2000 gas contract year; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Letter Agreement and is satisfied that the pricing amendment to the baseload contract is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts for Natural Gas, the Commission accepts for filing for Centra Gas a Letter Agreement dated June 28, 1999 with Talisman which amends the pricing of the April 30, 1991 Baseload Natural Gas Purchase Agreement for the 1999/2000 gas contract year.
