On September 3, 1999, WKP filed its Preliminary 2000-2002 Revenue Requirements and Incentive Mechanism Review (“the Proposal”), requesting an Order to set rates in accordance with the Incentive Mechanism during a period beginning January 1, 2000 and ending December 31, 2002; and B. Commission Order No. G-94-99 set down a Workshop on the Proposal, which was held on September 29 and 30, 1999 in Kelowna B.C., followed by a Pre-hearing Conference that addressed procedural matters; and C. The Workshop participants agreed that an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) implemented with the following key dates: Incentive Mechanism Review Filing of Information Requests WKP Responses to Information Requests Filing of Preliminary Revenue Requirement Materials Negotiated Settlement Days Filing of Participant Materials for Hearing, if required Public Hearing, if required D. 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1 An ADR process, with respect to the Preliminary Revenue Requirement Materials, will commence at 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 15, 1999, at the Prestige Inn, 1675 Abbott Street, Kelowna, B.C. 2. Workshop participants are now registered by the Commission as intervenors in this process. 3. If required, a public hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m., Monday, December 13, 1999 at a time and location to be announced.
