Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) December 9, 1999 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission by Order No. G-30-98, approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) the use of a standard, formula-based rate for special contract customers in Rate Zone II; and B. On December 2, 1999, B.C. Hydro filed for Commission approval a Special Contract, Tariff Supplement No. 45 with the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Station Leitrim, Detachment Masset (“DND Masset”) effective April 6, 1999, the date that DND Masset provided B.C. Hydro with a request to switch its account to a standard Zone II rate; and C. On December 2, 1999, B.C. Hydro filed for Commission approval a Special Contract, Tariff Supplement No. 51 with Seacor Environmental Engineering Inc. (“Seacor”) for its premises at Masset, B.C., effective August 17, 1999; and D. The Commission has reviewed the B.C. Hydro filings and finds that they should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the following Special Contracts: • Tariff Supplement No. 45 with DND Masset, effective April 6, 1999. • Tariff Supplement No. 51 with Seacor effective August 17, 1999.
