On March 24, 1998, the Commission issued Order No. G-30-98, which approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”), the use of a standard rate for special contract customers in Rate Zone II; and B. On May 17, 1999, B.C. Hydro filed for Commission approval a Special Contract with the Old Massett Village Council, for use at the Water Pumping Station at Masset, B.C., in accordance with the methodology approved by Order No. G-30-98; and C. The Commission has reviewed the B.C. Hydro application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing for B.C. Hydro, Electric Tariff Supplement No. 42 Special Contract with Old Massett Village Council, effective January 1, 1999.
