On March 24, 1998, the Commission issued Order No. G-30-98, which approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) the use of a standard rate for special contract customers in Rate Zone II; and B. On June 29, 1999, B.C. Hydro filed for Commission approval a Special Contract, Tariff Supplement No. 48, with Delkatla Cedar Products Limited (“Delkatla”) at its saw mill in Masset, B.C.; and C. The Commission has reviewed the B.C. Hydro filing and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the May 27, 1999 Special Contract, Tariff Supplement No. 48 with Delkatla Cedar Products, effective May 27, 1999.
