(“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission a September 2, 1999 Schedule A Confirmation Agreement (“the Agreement”) for additional baseload gas to the October 21, 1998 Gas Purchase and Sale Agreement between PG&E Energy Trading, Canada Corporation (“PG&E”) for the 1999/2000 gas contract year in accordance with its 1999/2000 Gas Contracting Plan; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Centra Gas filing and is satisfied that the Agreement is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing for Centra Gas the Agreement with PG&E for up to 6,195 GJ per day of firm gas delivery at Station 2 from November 1, 1999 through November 1, 2000. The Commission accepts Centra Gas’ request to maintain the Agreement as confidential.
