On July 23, 1999, Quesnel River Pulp Company (“QRP”) applied to the Commission for an extension to its Rate Schedule 1848 Real Time Pricing (“RTP”) Agreement with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”). The Commission, on August 25, 1999, requested QRP to provide an updated business case supporting the extension to the RTP Supplementary Agreement and requested B.C. Hydro to provide an analysis of the application and comments on QRP’s business case; and B. On October 8, 1999, B.C. Hydro provided its analysis and supported QRP’s application for an extension of the 50 percent CBL reduction from August 2, 1999 to August 1, 2000; and C. The Commission has reviewed the QRP application for an extension of its RTP Supplementary Agreement. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves an extension of the RTP Supplementary Agreement for QRP with a 50 percent CBL reduction from August 2, 1999 to August 1, 2000.
