Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) February 18, 1999 F.C. Leighton, Commissioner ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-104-96, issued its Decision and approval of BC Gas Utility Ltd.’s (“BC Gas”) revised Service Line Cost Allowance (“SLCA”) proposal; and B. On February 1, 1999, BC Gas applied to the Commission for approval of changes to the General Terms and Conditions of its Gas Tariff that cover the following: SLCA; Service Line Installation Fee; to allow for meter consolidations; to charge for inadequate site preparation by the customer; to use the main extension contribution agreement; to clarify additional connections to the same customer; to add new definitions; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application and supporting information and finds that changes to BC Gas General Terms and Conditions of Service should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for BC Gas its February 1, 1999 application covering amendments to its General Terms and Conditions of Service, effective February 1, 1999.
