On May 21, 1999, Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. (“Squamish Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval to increase rates to all natural gas customers, effective June 1, 1999, consistent with the Commission’s approval of rate increases to Pioneer General Service and Apartment Customer Rates (“ACR-1”) for Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) under Order No. G-52-99; and B. On June 7, 1999, Centra Gas advised the Commission that the rates for ACR-1 customers approved by Order No. G-52-99 were in error and lower rates were required to be approved. The Commission, by Order No. G-68-99, rescinded Order No. G-52-99 and approved revised rates for Centra Gas’ Pioneer General Service and ACR-1 customers effective June 1, 1999; and C. On June 9, 1999, Squamish Gas filed a revised application for ACR-1 rates, consistent with the Commission’s approval for Centra Gas under Order No. G-68-99; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Squamish Gas applications and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Squamish Gas its May 21, 1999 application to increase Pioneer General Service rates effective June 1, 1999. . . . /2
2 2. The Commission approves for Squamish Gas its June 9, 1999 application to increase ACR-1 customer rates effective June 1, 1999. 3. Squamish Gas is to inform all customers of the June 1, 1999 rate increase by way of a customer notice included in the next billing.
