Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 27, 1999, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied for Commission approval to renew and amend its operating credit facilities and long-term debt credit agreement, pursuant to Section 49 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. The July 7, 1999 Credit Agreement with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) provides for a transfer from the short-term operating loan facilities of $205,000 to the long-term portfolio and a change in the maturity date of one of the capital loans from April 1, 1999 to April 1, 2011; and C. The Commission has considered the application and supporting material and finds that approval of the loan restructuring with CIBC is appropriate. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Sections 49 and 50 of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP amendments to its credit facilities with CIBC in accordance with the July 7, 1999 Credit Agreement.
