(“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission, Letter Agreements for the supply of natural gas including pricing terms with Engage Energy Canada L.P. (“Engage”), Duke Energy Marketing Limited Partnership (“Duke Energy”), Coral Energy Canada Inc. (“Coral”), and BP Amoco Gas and Power Canada (“BP Amoco”) for the 2000/01 Gas Contract Year in accordance with its 2000/01 Gas Contracting Plan approved by Commission Letter No. L-25-00; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Centra Gas filing and is satisfied that the Agreements are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing for Centra Gas the following natural gas supply Letter Agreements: Date of Letter Maximum Daily 1.
