(“WKP”) the Waneta Management Agreement under which WKP maintained, operated and managed certain Cominco Ltd. facilities including the Waneta hydro-electric plant, switching stations, substations and transmission lines effective May 1996; and B. On August 12, 1999, WKP applied to the Commission for approval of the Waneta Management Amending Agreement (“the Amending Agreement”) which changes the method of WKP corporate overhead recovery from Cominco effective January 1, 1998; and C. The Commission has considered the Amending Agreement and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for WKP the January 1, 1998 Waneta Management Amending Agreement.
