Ltd. 2000 Revenue Requirements Applications BEFORE: P. Ostergaard, Chair ) B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) June 15, 2000 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On May 19, 2000, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a participant assistance cost award on behalf of the Consumers Association of Canada (B.C. Branch) et. al (“CAC (BC) et al.”) for participation in proceedings concerning the Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (“PNG”) and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (“PNG (N.E.)”) 2000 Revenue Requirements Applications; and B. The Commission has determined that BCPIACs participation in the proceedings warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commissions approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-97-98. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC in the amount of $23,521.05 for its participation in the above proceedings. 2. PNG is directed to reimburse BCPIAC for the total amount awarded in a timely fashion. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this 15 th day of June 2000.
