Nicholls, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 30, 2000, BC Gas Utility Ltd. (“BC Gas”) filed with the Commission three natural gas supply agreements for the period November 1, 1999 through March 31, 2000; and B. The three gas supply agreements were entered into to provide gas for Rate Schedule 14 on-system sales, and BC Gas has provided information showing that the cost of the supply has been fully recovered from the sale of the gas; and C. The Commission has reviewed the filing and finds that the agreements are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing for BC Gas the following seasonal gas supply agreements: Agreement Supplier Quantity GS-2037-003 Husky Oil Operations Limited 5,000 MMBtu/d GS-2043-002 Union Pacific Resources Inc. 10,000 MMBtu/d GS-2038-002 Canadian Natural Resources 20,000 MMBtu/d The Commission will hold the gas supply agreements in confidence.
