Nicholls, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 27, 2000, The British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a cost award for its participation in the BC Gas Utility Ltd. (“BC Gas”) Southern Crossing Pipeline (“SCP”) Cost Allocation proceeding; and B. The Commission has determined that the BCPIAC participation in the WKP proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commission’s approved guidelines, subject to an adjustment to the application with respect to the amount requested for consultant services; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-97-98. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC in the amount of $11,556.96 for its participation in the above proceeding. 2.
