On July 31, 2000, Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (“PNG”) filed with the Commission a June 1, 2000 Fuel Supply Agreement and Pricing Rider (“the Propane Agreement”) with ICG Propane Inc. (“ICG”) which establishes the supply and pricing of liquid propane for PNGs Granisle Grid System; and B. The Propane Agreement sets out new supply arrangements and pricing terms for the 2000/01 gas contract year for the period August 1, 2000 to July 31, 2001; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Propane Agreement and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules respecting Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing for PNG the June 1, 2000 Propane Agreement with ICG that provides for the supply of propane and pricing terms for the Granisle Grid System for the period August 1, 2000 to July 31, 2001. The Commission accepts PNGs request to maintain the Propane Agreement as confidential. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this 19 th day of September 2000.
