On July 14, 2000, Plateau Pipe Line Ltd. (“Plateau”) applied to the Commission for approval of its Rules and Regulations and Rate Tariff 1-1 covering the gathering, transportation and delivery of crude oil and condensate by pipeline from established receiving points at Taylor, B.C. to Dawson Creek, B.C., effective January 1, 2000; and B. Plateau advised the Commission that all shippers had been notified of the Rules and Regulations and Rate Tariff and had not received any comments regarding the application; and C. The Commission has considered the application and finds that approval of the Rules and Regulations and Rate Tariff is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves for Plateau the following Rules and Regulations and Crude Petroleum Tariff, effective January 1, 2000: • Tariff No. 1 – Rules and Regulations Governing the Transportation of Oil by Pipeline. • Rate Tariff No. 1-1 from Taylor to Dawson Creek, B.C. …/2
2 2, The approved tariff is subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint by shippers on the pipeline. 3. Plateau is to deliver a copy of this Order and the approved Rules and Regulations and Rate Tariff page to all shippers on the pipeline.
