(“BC Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval of a December 14, 2000 Letter Agreement with Alberta Energy Company Marketing (“AEC”) establishes a quantity and pricing method for the 2000/01 gas contract year for the Fort Nelson service area; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules respecting Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission orders as follows: 1.
