Nicholls, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 5, 2000, Plateau Pipe Line Ltd. (“Plateau”) filed with the Commission an application for approval of tolls on its crude oil pipeline from the Sunset Prairie Battery to a tie-in point with its Taylor to Kamloops crude oil pipeline; and B. Imperial Oil Resources (“Imperial Oil”), by letter dated October 11, 2000, informed the Commission of its agreement with Tariff No. S-04, which provides for a toll charge of $26,210 per month, effective July 1, 2000; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves Tariff No. S-04 for the Sunset Prairie Pipeline, effective July 1, 2000. The approved toll is subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint by Imperial Oil or prospective shippers on the pipeline. 2. Plateau is to deliver a copy of this Order and Tariff No. S-04 to Imperial Oil. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this 31 st day of October 2000.
