(“WKP”) applied to the Commission for approval of a new Refrigerator Recovery Program contained in Rate Schedule 90 - Energy Management Service; and B. The Refrigerator Recovery Program is to be available throughout the WKP service area. WKP will provide the contractor with an administrative allowance and will advertise the program to encourage customer participation; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Refrigerator Recovery Program and finds that it should be approved.
