Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) April 27, 2000 B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 6, 2000, The British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a cost award for its participation in the Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) 2000-2002 Revenue Requirements Application; and B. The Commission has determined that BCPIACs participation in the Centra Gas 2000-2002 Revenue Requirements Application and two-day Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiated Settlement proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commissions guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-97-98. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC in the amount of $18,568.36 for its participation in the above Centra Gas proceeding. 2. Centra Gas is directed to reimburse BCPIAC for the total amount awarded in a timely fashion. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this 4 th day of May 2000.
