Ostergaard, Chair ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) February 3, 2000 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On December 21, 1999, Centra Gas Whistler Inc. (“Centra Whistler”) applied to the Commission for approval of its 2000 Revenue Requirements (“the Application”) to increase rates on an interim and final basis, effective January 1, 2000, pursuant to Section 60 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. The Commission reviewed the Application, was satisfied that approval of the requested interim rate increase was necessary, and issued Order No. G-4-00. A Pre-hearing Conference was held on January 27, 2000, to discuss various facets of the Application along with the proposed regulatory timetable; and C. At the January 27, 2000 Pre-hearing Conference, the participants, Centra Whistler and Commission staff, identified issues and established a further regulatory timetable; and D. The Commission requires that a regulatory process to deal with the Application be established. NOW THEREFORE the Commission Orders as follows: 1. An Alternative Dispute Resolution process, with respect to the Centra Whistler Application, will commence at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2000, at the Coast Whistler Hotel, Regency Room, 4005 Whistler Way (Lower Village), Whistler, B.C. 2.
