Ostergaard, Chair ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) B.L. Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) June 1, 2000 K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, on February 2, 2000 and by Order No. G-11-00, adjourned the public hearing into Princeton Light and Power Company, Limiteds (“PLP”) Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to build a substation that would allow it to connect to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authoritys transmission system; and B. On May 17, 2000, PLP applied to the Commission to record $108,346 of expenditures associated with the substation application in a deferral account and amortize the expenses at a rate of $10,834.60 per annum over a ten-year period commencing in the 2000/01 fiscal year; and C. The Commission has considered the application for a deferral account and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for PLP the recording of expenditures associated with its substation application in a deferral account, and the amortization of the account over a ten-year period commencing with the 2000/01 fiscal year.
