(“Centra Gas”) filed with the Commission, Letter Agreements for the supply of natural gas including pricing terms with Engage Energy Canada, L.P. (“Engage”), Coral Energy Canada Inc. (“Coral”), BP Canada Energy Company (“BP”), and Enron Canada Corp. (“Enron”), for the 2001/02 Gas Contract Year in accordance with its 2001/02 Gas Contracting Plan approved by Commission Letter No. L-17-01; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Centra Gas filing and is satisfied that the Agreements are in the public interest.
