Clemenhagen, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 24, 2001, Mr. Alan Wait applied for a cost award for his participation in the West Kootenay Power Ltd. (“WKP”), now known as UtiliCorp Networks Canada (British Columbia) Ltd. (“UNC”), Application to Sell Its Generation Assets; and B. The Commission has determined that Mr. Wait’s participation in the WKP/UNC proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commission’s approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to Mr. Alan Wait in the amount of $585.60 for participating in the WKP/UNC proceeding. 2.
