The Commission, by Order No. G-16-01, approved for BC Gas Utility Ltd. (“BC Gas”) Rate Schedule 6 Tariff Supplement No. C-1 with Beach Place Ventures Ltd. (“Beach Place”) for natural gas for vehicles (“NGV”) service from December 16, 1999 to December 15, 2001, at Beach Place’s NGV compressor in Vancouver, B.C.; and B. On December 10, 2001, BC Gas applied to the Commission for approval to extend the expiry date of the Beach Place Tariff Supplement until February 15, 2002 as negotiations between BC Gas and Beach Place for a new NGV service agreement are continuing; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that an extension to the current Tariff Supplement is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas the extension of the expiry date of the NGV Service Agreement, Tariff Supplement No. C-1 with Beach Place to February 15, 2002. 2. The Commission will accept, subject to timely filing, a copy of a first revision to Tariff Supplement No. C-1 in approved tariff supplement format.
