Ostergaard, Chair ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) July 4, 2001 WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-53-01, convened a written public hearing into the applications by Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) for approval of a February 28, 2001 Amended and Restated Transportation Service Agreement (“the ARTSA”) between Centra Gas and the Island Cogeneration Limited Partnership (“ICLP”) for the transportation of natural gas to the Island Cogeneration Plant located at Elk Falls, B.C., an April 6, 2001 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“B.C. Hydro”) application for approval of a Transportation Service Agreement (“BCH-TSA”) and Peaking Agreement (“PA”) dated March 7, 2001, and a May 4, 2001 B.C. Hydro application for approval of a Capacity Assignment Agreement between B.C. Hydro, Centra Gas and BC Gas Utility Ltd. Included with the Order was a Regulatory Agenda and Timetable; and B. On June 29, 2001, Counsel for the ICLP advised the Commission that it would be impossible to file its intervenor evidence by July 6, 2001 and requested an extension to July 10, 2001; and C. On July 4, 2001, Counsel for the Vancouver Island Gas Joint Venture (“VIGJV”) requested the Commission extend the date to file intervenor evidence from July 6 to July 13, 2001; and . . . /2
2 D. The Commission has reviewed the ICLP and VIGJVs requests for a time extension for filing intervenor evidence and finds that the Regulatory Agenda and Timetable must be amended. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The date for filing intervenor evidence is extended by one week to Friday, July 13, 2001. 2. The Regulatory Agenda and Timetable established by Order No. G-53-01 is amended to incorporate the requested time delay and is attached as Appendix A to this Order.
