On July 11, 2001, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied for Commission approval to amend and renew its operating credit facilities and long-term debt credit agreement, pursuant to Section 49 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. The July 3, 2001 Business Credit Agreement with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) provides for a renewal of existing credit facilities and finances a grant to the Princeton Regional Hospital and capital expenditures that were approved for PLP’s revenue requirements by Commission Order No. G-58-01; and C. The Commission has considered the application and supporting material and finds that approval is appropriate. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Sections 49 and 50 of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP amendments to its credit facilities with CIBC in accordance with the July 3, 2001 Business Credit Agreement.
