On August 14, 2002, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a participant assistance cost award for its participation in the Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (“PNG (N.E.)”) 2002 Revenue Requirements written proceeding; and B. The Commission has determined that BCPIAC’s participation in the PNG (N.E.) proceeding warrants reimbursement in accordance with the Commission’s approved guidelines; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application with regard to the participant assistance criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC in the amount of $6,632.93 for its participation in the PNG (N.E.) written proceeding. 2.
