(“BC Gas”) to file its 2003 Revenue Requirements Application by May 31, 2002 and to address the matters raised in the Commission’s Reasons for Decision that were attached to the Order; and B. On May 29, 2002, BC Gas advised the Commission that its 2003 Revenue Requirements Application would not be adequately completed for the May 31, 2002 filing date and requested an extension to no later than mid-June 2002; and C. The Commission has reviewed BC Gas’ request and finds that an extension to the filing deadline of the 2003 Revenue Requirements Application should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for BC Gas an extension to the filing date for its 2003 Revenue Requirements Application to June 17, 2002.
