Donohue Director, Regulatory Affairs & Gas Supply Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. 950 - 1185 West Georgia Street Vancouver, B.C. V6E 4E6 Dear Mr. Donohue: Re: Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (“PNG (N.E.)”) (Fort St. John/Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge Divisions) 2002 Revenue Requirements Applications - Regulatory Timetable Commission Order No. G-4-02 established a regulatory timetable for review of the PNG (N.E.) 2002 Revenue Requirements Application through a written public hearing process. Intervenor submissions were required by March 22 and PNG (N.E.)’s reply by April 2, 2002. A BCUC Staff Information Request No. 2 was issued on March 20, 2002, which requested a response from PNG (N.E.) as soon as possible. In a March 21, 2002 e-mail the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) proposed a delay in filing its submission until it received a response to the information request. PNG (N.E.) responded by e-mail dated March 25, 2002 that the proposed extension to the regulatory timetable was acceptable. The Commission approves an extension to the regulatory timetable and requires intervenor submissions to be filed two days after the PNG (N.E.) information response is received. The PNG (N.E.) reply argument is to be filed one week following the intervenor submissions. Yours truly, Original signed by: Robert J.
