On November 30, 2001, Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (Fort St. John, Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge Divisions) [“PNG(N.E.)”] filed for Commission approval its 2002 Revenue Requirements Application (“the Application”) to increase its rates on an interim and final basis, effective January 1, 2002, pursuant to Sections 91 and 58 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. Forecasted changes in gas supply costs for 2002 were reflected in the Application but are separately determined by the Commission; and C. On January 8, 2002, participants at the Pre-hearing Conference, established by Order No. G-132-01, requested that a written public hearing process into the PNG(N.E.) Application be established; and D. The Commission finds that a Regulatory Agenda for the written public hearing is required. NOW THEREFORE a Regulatory Agenda and Timetable setting out the key filing dates for the proceeding is attached as Appendix A to this Order.
