Ostergaard, Chair K.L. Hall, Commissioner N.F. Nicholls, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On April 30, 2002, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied to the Commission for approval to revise its ACCESS charges that are filed under Electric Tariff B.C.U.C. No. 5; and B. The Application proposes to change the ‘On-peak’ and ‘Off-peak’ KVA-ACCESS charge from the presently approved rates to the equivalent rate under the non Time-of-Use (“TOU”) rate schedules for Commercial Classes CXT1, CXT2, CXT3 and CXT4; and C. PLP wishes to apply the equivalent KVA-ACCESS charges from Commercial Classes CX1, CX2, CX3 and CX4 TOU to the recorded ‘On-peak’ KVA load of the CXT1, CXT2, CXT3 and CXT4 TOU customers; and D. The Commission has considered the Application and has determined that the impact on the system as a result of the revision to ACCESS rates for Commercial TOU Classes of customers will be negligible. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for PLP its revision in KVA-ACCESS charges, effective June 1, 2002, as set out in the Application. PLP is to notify its customers of the change in rates and file amended rate schedules approved by this Order.
