Ostergaard, Chair ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) June 20, 2002 N.F. Nicholls, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-60-00 dated June 29, 2000, approved for Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) its budgeted PASS Energy Management Program expenditures for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2000, 2001 and 2002. The Order allowed PLP to set up a deferral account for 80 percent of the expenditures and to amortize the balance on a straight line basis over the five years immediately subsequent to the transfer; and B. Order No. G-60-00 required PLP to submit an annual report at the end of each fiscal year, and to apply for Commission approval on any expenditures incurred after March 31, 2002; and C. On April 30, 2002, PLP applied for a three-year extension of the PASS Energy Management Program and associated deferral account; and D. PLP estimates that the program expenses for the next three years will be $482,632 and this budget includes a reallocation of approximately 15 percent of the total PASS wages to the Companys SERVICE charges; and E. The Commission has considered the Application and its supporting material and determines that an extension is appropriate. . . ./2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PLP an extension of the PASS Energy Management Program with expenditures of $482,632 for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2003, 2004 and 2005. 2. PLP is directed to file an annual report related to the PASS Energy Management Program activities at the end of each year during the extension period. 3. PLP is directed to apply for the re-allocation of its PASS wages to the Companys SERVICE charges in its next revenue requirement or revenue allocation application.
