On July 12, 2002 the Commission, by Letter No. L-30-02, accepted BC Gas Utility Ltd.’s (“BC Gas”) 2002/03 Gas Supply Annual Contracting Plan for the acquisition of gas supplies needed for the 2002/03 gas contract year; and B. On November 5, 2002, BC Gas filed with the Commission, copies of Baseload, Seasonal, Peaking and other gas supply contracts and amendments for the 2002/03 gas contract year, summarized in Appendix A to this Order; and C. The Commission has reviewed the BC Gas filing and is satisfied that the gas supply contracts and amendments are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for BC Gas the new gas supply contracts and gas supply contract amendments for the 2002/03 gas contract year entered into by BC Gas as listed in Appendix A. 2. The Commission accepts BC Gas’ request to maintain the contracts and contract amendments as confidential.
